Albums / songs with best guitar solos.
I hated this guy when I was a young prick... Oh, how immensely wrong was I...
For the ladieeeees.
Senor Paco shredding that guitar with his “Speedy Gonzales” fingers.
Read about the unique playstyle, come to the concert in three months :)
Relax and enjoy.
In a blues land far far away... This man showed his skills and took away everything else. Only the sound remained...
The fatest guitar fingers that ever lived. How he even played the simplest things is a mystey to me... But played he did.
BY FAR, the best solo I've ever heard. It makes me cry and melt and yell and be happy at the same time..not to mention that it gives me a hard on every time I listen to it.
Fav Zep song in it’s best iteration. “The dogs of doom are howling moreee!” I’ve listened to this concert almost as much as the RHCP Slane Castle one, that speaks volumes. :P
The amount of hand movements is astounding.
You are going to know his name!
No one is more 18th fret than him...
Someone wrote in the comments regarding Frusciante’s final solo: “That’s what souls sounds like.” I completely agree. I can’t sum up all the times I wished I had been on that concert.
John Frusciante and Josh Klinghoffer were good mates back then and this is their musical child. I’ve loved their “progressive rock” approach to the album where they introduced long, linear compositions. Also, worth checking out is the Klinghoffer’s interview by The Rolling Stone, following the recent RHCP switcheroo. Even thought I love the fact that John is back, this interview made me care for Josh more.
It's not right this man is not recognized as a king.
It’s from way back, when he still had both of his hands.
During my early days, my father gave me a cassette tape (yep, all the way back there) of Prince's "Purple rain" album. The first song I listened was Purple rain...for 50 times in a row.
