0. Queens Of The Stone Age - The Way You Used To Do
00. Interpol - No I In Threesome
Back in the day when I spent a lot of time running I listened to a lot of Interpol. However their album Our Love to Admire from 2007 is in my opinion exceptionally well suited for running. I'm not sure exactly why, but it has something to do with the weary Banks' voice and the heavy snare drum that let me keep perfect cadence.
000. Radiohead - Just
For long Sunday runs this was one of my favorite. It runs around 50 minutes so It would usually play twice and I especially loved the moment when the chorus of the song Just would hit:
You do it to yourself, you do
And that's what really hurts
Is that you do it to yourself, just you
You and no one else
You do it to yourself
You do it to yourself
